The Apartment
The house is located in the hamlet of Noussan at an altitude of 1500 metres. It lies above the village of Antey St-André in the Valtournenche, the valley leading to the Matterhorn and one of the side valleys of the Aosta Valley in north-west Italy.

The accommodation is on the first floor of the house at the extremity of Noussan. It is very quiet and the only noise you will hear is the sound of cow bells and birds. The apartment is modern and convenient. There are three double bedrooms with twin beds (which can also be configured as doubles). Each bedroom has lovely views with the master bedroom having a large alpine balcony.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped with gas hob and electric oven, a good sized refrigerator with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The dining area is nestled in a room with panoramic windows and view over the mountains. The living area is equipped with a double sofa bed, easy chairs, digital television and video. There is a good stock of films to watch.

There is a main bathroom with shower and bidet, another separate toilet and one of the three bedrooms also has its own wash basin. A large balcony with a small round table and chairs for outside dining offers nice views of the sunset over the mountains. The stairs to the apartment are enclosed in a large windowed area heated all day by the sun.
